The open-concept living area is designed to bring everyone together, while still offering private spaces for quiet time. With room for 20 guests across multiple levels, there’s plenty of space for grandparents, parents, teens, and little ones to relax without feeling crowded. The second-floor game room is a hub of laughter and fun, featuring a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard and multiple arcade games its perfect for kids, teens, and adults alike. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, a bed, and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip. • Less than 20 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, and access to all the area has to offer, which includes its great restaurants, shopping & Smoky Mountain National Park. • Less than 14 Miles to Pigeon Forge & 17 miles away from the entrance to Dollywood/Splash Country! • Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services, which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up, and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.
Other Details to Note
We continue to take extra precautions to ensure extra cleanliness and prioritize guest safety: • All hard & soft surfaces cleaned with Micro-Ban™, including counters, vanities, sinks, floors, stair rails, cabinets, doors, furniture, beds, pillows, carpets, comforters, etc. throughout the cabin. • Lysol™ is used thoroughly on all compatible surfaces to clean and disinfect • Bleach-based cleaners are used in all bathrooms and kitchens, which allow the use of chlorine products. • Linens (bedding, towels, etc.) – removed & washed offsite in temperatures exceeding those recommended for laundry operations, then packaged until the housekeeping staff is ready to put them out for guests. • Hot Tub -- Drained, cleaned, fresh Bromine added, and refilled after every guest • The cabin is inspected regularly after cleaning, and inspectors perform additional applications of protective products in the cabin, such as MicroBan and Lysol. • Cleaning staff received additional education on disinfection protocols and are furnished with protective gloves, changing them for fresh pairs as needed during cleaning & disinfection of the home.

Our cabin is located in the sought-after Preserve Resort community, perched high above scenic Wears Valley and offering some of the most breathtaking views in the Smokies. Tucked away on a private ¾-acre lot, the cabin provides a peaceful, secluded feel while still offering access to resort-style amenities, including a seasonal mountaintop pool, scenic pavilion, and a full workout facility. The neighborhood is quiet, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by natural beauty, making it perfect for morning walks or sunset strolls. And when you're ready to explore, you’re only a short drive from the best of the Smokies, less than 14 miles to Pigeon Forge, 20 miles to Gatlinburg, and a straight shot into Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Whether you're chasing adventure or looking to unplug, this location offers the perfect balance of serenity and convenience. Our close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, fox, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. When you've had enough relaxation, look forward to endless entertainment in the surrounding area; you'll be in the perfect spot to explore through winding hiking trails and world-class ski slopes in the Great Smoky Mountains. Other local attractions can be found in downtown Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, including delectable restaurants, intriguing shops, the always-entertaining alpine slides, and even a moonshine distillery! During your time here, make sure to visit the Ober Gatlinburg Amusement Park & Ski Area, which offers terrific skiing in the colder months, a ski mountain coaster, an aerial tramway, and many other thrilling attractions! The cabin is located on a mountain road. We strongly recommend trip insurance, especially during the Winter, since there are no refunds for snow and ice. In difficult winter or storm-related weather situations, there can be delays in cleaning and check-in pending road conditions, which can be outside of our control.
